For this year only, in order to switch us to a June-July Schedule, you will be able to register your new PLSO membership for a 6 month increment (January 2012-June 2012) or for an 18 month increment (January 2012- June 2013). Renewing members: keep watch for dues renewal notices (postcards) that will alert you when online renewals are open, that will go out in the fall. You will be able to renew for either 6 months or 18 months.
It is recommended that you choose the 18 month option to avoid having to renew in just a few months.
Please note: Approximately 35% of 2011 PLSO annual dues are estimated to be attributable to lobbying and political expenditures. Pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code, this is non-deductible as a business expense for Federal Income Tax purposes. We suggest you contact your tax advisor for further clarification

Corporate Member
Only persons who are duly registered to engage in the profession of Land Surveying in the State of Oregon shall be eligible to be admitted as Corporate Members.
Dues: $132.00 per year

Associate Member
Only persons who are employed under the direction of a registered Professional Land Surveyor and who are working toward qualification as a Professional Land Surveyor shall be eligible to be admitted as Associate Members.
Dues: $70.00

Student Member
Only persons enrolled as full-time students in an approved surveying curriculum shall be eligible to be admitted as Student Members.

Special / Retired Member
Those who do not meet the qualifications for Corporate Member, Associate Member or Student Member, but who, by virtue of their employment, service, or training, have a particular interest in, or associations with, the profession of land surveying, shall be eligible to be admitted as Special Members. Those who are registered to practice in states other than Oregon, but not registered in Oregon shall be enrolled as Special Members.
