Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Office Survey Technician or Project Surveyor (experience dependent). As part of this position, you will be responsible for the processing and mapping of various field data collected by our field crews. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in land surveying and data analysis skills within a growing company.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting Boundary, ALTA, Topographic Surveys and Subdivision Plats
- Writing Legal Descriptions, Easements and other documents as necessary
- Perform Deed & Survey Research

- Analyze & Process Field Data

Desired Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of Land Surveying experience preferred
- Experience in Trimble Business Center preferred

- Strong experience in AutoCad Civil 3d required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
