Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Land Surveyor located in Albany, OR. The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for coordinating two survey crews, directing preparation of final maps, computing boundaries, and processing surveys for recordation. The Professional Land Surveyor will respond to client requests for services and create proposals with budgets. Additionally, the Professional Land Surveyor will collaborate with project teams and coordinate surveying activities to meet project timelines and standards.
Qualifications
- Boundary Survey research and analysis skills
- Familiarity with Total Station equipment
- Experience in Building Surveying and Boundary Surveys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant professional certification or licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
