Vendor Registration PLSO 2020 Annual Conference

Move-in

• January 21: Available to start at 7 p.m. (will confirm later if it can be earlier)
• January 22: Be moved in by 7 a.m. and completely set up at 9:30 a.m. for the first networking break.

• January 22: 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• January 23: 8 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Move-out

• January 23 at 3:00 p.m.

Booth Space

• Booths are 10’ x 10’ with electricity, wireless internet access, one table (skirted and linen top), wastebasket, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
• Includes booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space – additional badges may be purchased for $100 (may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).

• The hotel will accept shipments up to three days before your arrival.

Security

• Security is provided the night of January 22. Vendors are expected to occupy their booth(s) during conference hours.

• The hotel open air parking lot now has gates, indicating payment required. Attendees will obtain a ticket from the gate when they enter the parking lot. Parking validation stickers will be available at the conference registration desk for attendees to grab on their way out each day and place on their ticket for the validation scanner as they exit the gates. Overnight guests will have access with their guestroom key card.
• For overflow parking, people can park in the airport economy and take the Sheraton shuttle over to the hotel, or at the Aloft hotel in Cascade Station and take the complimentary shuttle over from there.
