Move-in
January 14: 8 p.m. January 15: Be moved in by 7 a.m. and completely set up at 9:30 a.m. for the first networking break.
January 15: 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. January 16: 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. January 17 is optional
Move-out
January 16 at 5:00 p.m. or January 17 at 1 p.m.
Booth Space
Booths are 10’ x 10’ with electricity, wireless internet access, one table (skirted and linen top), wastebasket, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted. Includes booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space – additional badges may be purchased for $100 (may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).
Security
Security is provided the night of January 15 and 16. Vendors are expected to occupy their booth(s) during conference hours.
