i.e. Engineering, Inc. is seeking a full-time Professional Land Surveyor or Land Survey Technician to join our team. This position will be primarily office and computer operations, with the occasional need to lead or be a member of the field survey crew.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Operation of Total Stations, GPS equipment and survey support equipment.
• Skilled at Cadastral survey calculations, together with topographic, boundary and Cadastral survey platting and drafting.
• Knowledge of construction layout and ability to create field stakeout data.
• Write legal descriptions.
• Perform ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Completion of Elevation Certificates and LOMA’s.
• Professionally communicate with team members, clients and the public.

Our ideal candidate will have PLS license or a LSIT certificate and working towards becoming professionally licensed. Candidate will also have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Demonstration of problem-solving skills, good written and oral communication skills and working as part of a multidisciplinary team will be necessary.
